How We Use Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your computer’s hard drive that helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual.

We use traffic-log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze web traffic data and improve our website to better meet customer needs. This information is used for statistical analysis only, after which the data is removed from the system.

Cookies help us provide a better website by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or information beyond what you choose to share.

You may choose to accept or decline cookies in your browser settings. Declining cookies may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Who we share your data with
